What We Offer

We offer a range of classes to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom experience.

  • Make our classic Cream of Tarragon Chicken Soup, a brothy Chicken & Dumplings, and crackers from scratch! We’ll show you some basic knife skills and how to break down a whole chicken, too!

  • In this class we will walk you through making pappardelle and cheese ravioli from scratch. We will also make a basic Pomodoro and an Alfredo sauce. On top of that, we will show you how to confit garlic and make some garlic bread.

  • This class covers some simple Italian dishes. We will make a burrata bruschetta to snack on while we show you how to make meatballs from scratch as well as a spinach and parmesan stuffed pork braciole.

  • In this class we will teach you how to poach shrimp in a court-bouillon, bake a crusted cod, and sauté salmon. We’ll also make some wilted spinach and cheddar biscuits to round everything out.

  • In this class you will learn how to make chicken vol-au-vents, salmon en papillote, and beef bourguignon.

  • Make potato & cheese pierogis! We’ll also go over how to make your own sauerkraut, how to brown butter, and making tomato jam from scratch.

  • This is an open ended class for those wanting to learn more about vegan cooking, gluten free dishes, paleo/keto cookery, etc

  • This is a fun class where we go over making gingerbread men, cupcakes, from scratch frosting, fudge sauce, and royal icing.

  • We’ll teach you about roasting wings, creating quick sauces and marinades, the perfect deviled egg, buffalo or spinach-artichoke dip, and goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon.

  • This class covers canning and jarring, pickling, fermentation, and drying your own herbs.
